This is my very first post. Excited!!
I don't have much to say at the moment but I do want to let all my readers know that I will be sharing very real, raw, and relevant information, testimonials, and whatever God wants me to highlight and/or expose. This is the place where you will hear about those hard topics that no one really wants to talk about but needs to be discussed.
Transparency is our secret sauce!
So, today I will share a little bit of a conversation I recently had with my family on the topic of "breaking curses" and how it truly "starts and stops with us".
...."Pride is a good one to point out andreanna. It is definitely one that could be passed down genetically. But one other thing I would like to point out when talking about breaking curses is a CHANGED MINDSET. It starts with a decision. Life is a series of decisions, with each decision leading to another. Every door you open is a decision waiting to be made. Each door holds a series of consequence that will forever change your life. Your decisions from here on out will determine if you choose to break the generational curses once and for all, or if you will continue to let it ruin you. So for me, I decided that I didn't want to continue to be prideful in the area of isolation and separation from my family.. In other words feeling like I don't want to be around certain family members because I didn't want to deal with their issues and drama. But choosing that way of thinking keeps you in a seat of pride and makes others feel like you think you are better than them. And it also breeds loneliness. And when you see people who have gotten older and bitter with no family and friends around them; you can see that as a cursed place to be because God created us to be connected and within a community to fellowship and belong. And that's a blessed place to be! And that's what I want for me and my family. So, I would give admonition to you guys and say you all need to stay together. Never be divided. Always stick together no matter what because that was the beginning of breaking that curse. Because as you can see, in our bloodline there's alot of division and isolation. And it must be stopped....
I can go on but I'll stop here for the sake of some of you that are just waking up and are saying what is all of this this morning... love yall!!
Let's continue to break the cycles!!"...
This was a conversation that I had with my family in one of our group chats. It was early in the morning and I didn't want to be too long-winded so I cut the conversation.. but how many of you all know that THIS conversation needs to continue 🤔 not just in my household but also in yours.
Yes, I definitely agree with you on self-will. Once you recognize it for what it is, you have a choice to make…to get in agreement with it or to renounce it as it doesn’t have to be your portion as everyone else in your family. If you can make that first step, the rest is easy because God can now steps in to bring the freedom that only He can brings. That’s a great topic!!🙃
